Wonderful moments!!!

The day came as usual
Your dad was with me for previous whole week
I was telling you always from the month you were inside me...
'Please come without giving any pain to your mom dear'
Hope you heard my words..
I did not get any single pain to release you to this world
It was 8.37 PM and I heard your crying sound...
People around me told that its a girl
I insisted them to show you...
They showed this 3 kg bundle of joy..
I can't forget that moment in my life!!!
Oh! How wonderful it was!!!
Those tiny legs and hands gave me great excitement...
After some time, we both were with your dad..
Your dad couldn't believe that he became father of this lovely angel..
He was so crazy with baby girl... And he wanted girl....
The time you born, it was dark.... Your face was so bright like a moon...
We named you as 'Nila' ( means moon in Tamil )
This Nila gives brightness in our life...
I understood 'Baby can give great joy than money and other things'
I was really ready to leave my well paid corporate job for you..
You are always my love...
I love you Nila..

Beyond Language!!!

I have  three little angels to keep me busy in the evenings.
It is because of them , I understood my interest with kids.
They are my cute neighbors.
They taught me so many things without their knowledge.
I have never left a chance to play with them; No matter how tired I was at work.
I help them in homework and school projects.
Interesting thing is  we do not know  each other's language.
One can talk and  understand English.
One can understand English; But can talk only Kannada ( I can understand Kannada. And can talk only 60% )
The other one knows only Bengali.( by communicating with her only I came to know how Bengali will be, I manage to understand Hindi but can't talk. Recently I learnt to read and write Hindi alphabets; that calls for another post )
Their age is 11, 5.and 3 respectively.
Dinesh asks me how do you manage to play with them.
I just smile at him in response
Bengali kid is of age 3 and she waits for my arrival from office everyday.
I forget all my worries when she is around.
No one can tell that aunt ( me ) is mine.
She will get extreme angry; And secretly I like that.
I love to spend time with them.
I personally liked to have own kids because of them.
Some times when they are around, i used to think, how can some people hate girl kids who are like angels.
No matter what, Kids are always kids.
They teach us so many things in life.
I always love and cherish this relationship beyond language.
This is one of the reasons ( Different language people and Different culture ) that I love to be in Bangalore.
The elder one insisted me not to put her photo anywhere, I respect her words. So no photos.

In corner of my mind I am getting a sentence which I read somewhere when young.
"Try to spend time with people below age 6 and above age 60, It will teach the life values"
( I read this in Tamil, translated my best )

Have Happy Days!!!
Take Care..

Book : Love at Facebook

Recently , I read a book " Love @ Facebook" by Nikitha Singh.
I bought this book long back wondered by title.
Yes. I made that mistake again.
By seeing the title, Dinesh had told me that title looks odd.

I want to write why the title was interesting to me.
I am not a believer in virtual relationships.
I was not having an orkut,Facebook or any other such accounts till I graduated, even several years after I started working.
In one sudden day , I created an account in Facebook and started giving friend requests to all the people I was knowing at school, college and at work.
I started adding my favorites and few photos.
And people started criticizing.
Most of the time, if I see anyone's profile, my first visit would be their favorite books.
After some months, It was not much interesting and real to chat in FB or to put birthday wishes or to like some photos.
So I deleted my account.
Till now, I admire so many people and I call them if at all I want to talk.

Coming back to the book.
The title fascinated me as I can't think of getting a relationship in cyber world.
The story is about a young college girl Vatsala who meets a person in FB and tries to get a relationship with him.
The story revolves around her college life and friends.
It was little boring to me.
It was interesting to read about Ranchi as I haven't known before.
I completed reading just like that.

At present, I am reading a book "Tuesdays With Morrie"
It is interesting till now.

Happy weekend.

Can happen in Bangalore...

Morning you come outside and see the sky
It is crystal clear, there is no sign of rain
You decide to wear white dress (pure white)
You commute for work
Evening you step out of office
You see it drizzles
You wait thinking that it will stop
After few minutes, rains heavily
You still believe that it will stop
Rain continues at the same speed even after an hour
You decide to go by auto rickshaw
You come outside, there is no auto
You decide to go by bus
All BMTC buses in your route takes opposite turn just from the previous stop
You get down at the previous stop and start walking, thinking to enjoy the rain
On the way, road is flooded
Platforms are filled with vehicles , there is no space to walk
You start walking in the flood
You reach home, there is no power

It can all happen in Bangalore. And happened today to me.
But still I love being in this city for many reasons.
One of the reasons is this monsoon

Happy monsoon!!!

Enjoy :-)

Book : Love stories that touched my heart

I completed reading the book love stories that touched my heart edited by Ravinder Singh.
It took so much time to complete as I got bored on the subject.
It is a collection of short love stories selected through a contest.

Some stories were really amazing.
Most of them were failure stories. I really don't know what do I mean by successful love or unsuccessful love.
So I can say negative end instead of failure.
I personally liked some stories, A love story in reverse, God bless you my dear, The uncertainties of life and some more.
Every story had left a different feeling within me.
Nice collection of stories.
Have a happy week!!

NTT completed :-)

Today I have completed my NTT course final exams.
Everything went good.
I learnt so many things about children and teaching.
There were seven papers and eight assignments (practicals included)
I remembered the day when I joined this course.
Dinesh had asked me only one question, are you sure about completing this?
I told him that I will complete it.
At that point of time I took this as light.
I thought that it is very easy to complete this course.
But reality was totally different.
Doing a course after marriage needs complete support from family ( at least from spouse ).
And it is very difficult if you are working.
And it is even more difficult if there is no one to support in household chores.
At one point, I thought of discontinuing this course due to work pressure.
But he supported me a lot. He even helped me in some projects.
I can proudly say that I would have not completed this course without his support.
He never asked me, "what purpose you are doing this course?"
He never told me that I have spent this much amount for this course.
Thanks to him for this enormous support.

Apart from personal challenges, I loved this course so much.
Child psychology and modern methods of teaching were my favorite subjects.
All projects were interesting.
I will put project photos in a different post.
At last the day came.
Now I can proudly boast that I am a NTT certified teacher.

Enjoy.. Do whatever you are interested to. After all it is one life to live!!! Let us live with satisfaction.

Book : Journey Of Two Hearts

Today I completed my reading of the book "Journey Of Two Hearts" by Anuj Tiwari.
Just thought of putting a note about that.
It is a true romantic love story.
The story goes around the protoganist Anuj Tiwari who is an engineering student when the story starts.
He happens to talk to a girl 'Pakhi' whom he will consider as his life, after some days.
It is having negative climax.
The author has expressed his feelings (only his feelings).

Poetical expressions were good.
But for me, it did not gave any worthy feeling.
I think that I am bored of reading love subject.
But I have some 5 more books on the same.
Planning to give importance to other subjects as well.

Have a happy weekend ahead!!!

My School Training

I started teaching in a school as part of my NTT course..
Really there is a great difference in reading things in book and implementing in reality..
I read so much about child psychology in books and through internet..
But it is really required to get trained in school.. This is what I understood after started teaching in school..
This is what i learnt from my experience:
1. Every kid is totally unique from each other.
2. Teaching method cannot be same for every child.
3. Kids are psychologically different and their understanding towards a thing is different too.
4. So patience than we think, is required to handle the kids.
5. It is really difficult to handle the kids without threatening. Lots of efforts required for this.
6. There should be different presentation each and every day.
7. Teacher has to be updated with current stories, rhymes and cartoons.
and lot many things..

Here are some pics..

I enjoy doing different things..
That is why i have taken this course even it is not at all related to my nature of job..
Now, I am totally satisfied of this course..
Every day, I am thinking what story I can tell.. What material I can prepare..
This thing has made my life busy..
I am so happy with my students...
:-)

Book: Nothing For You My Dear

I completed my reading of the book "Nothing For You My Dear.. Still I Love You"

The is about the male protagonist Avinash, who is a young working man.

The Story goes like this:

Avinash, a young working man meets a bride (Neha) with parents' compulsion, though he is not having any intention to get married.

He is trying to convince Neha to say "No" for him, to his parents.

She is asking the reason; He explains his life story to her.

This life story involves, his school and college life. In includes all his adventurous and mischievous things happened in life. In also includes a cute love story with his college senior "Lisha" which gives a tragic end to the story.

The beauty of Jaipur, Dehradun, Mussoorie and Ladakh was explained very nicely.

I visualized the beauty of the place, with my imagination when I was reading about the trip to Ladakh.

Nice story. Thanks to the Author Arpit Dugar.

- One small note, I want to put here. The reason why I bought this book is little funny and foolish. The author's birthday and my birthday are on the same date. So simply I wanted to read his thoughts. Done too. :-)

Monday is almost over.

This week is having 4 more days...

Have a happy week ahead.

Vaanadhi
